We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own pet-care purposes, subject to Apple's standard Usage Rules and these Terms.
PetelliPal's AI-generated care plans, insights, chat answers, and activity summaries are suggestions only. They are not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for a licensed veterinarian. Always confirm medical decisions — vaccines, medication, symptoms, and anything urgent — with a vet. The App is designed to flag medical items for your confirmation rather than schedule them automatically, precisely because AI output shouldn't be trusted for medical certainty.
Information you enter about your pet, and anything you type into chat or activity notes, stays yours. We don't claim ownership of it. See the Privacy Policy for what's sent to our AI provider to generate a response, and what stays on your device.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the AI's suggestions are accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific pet.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
